Upgrading your LaunchCDN Package

As your network grows, you will find yourself needing to upgrade your LaunchCDN package in order host more web sites. At LaunchCDN, the process of upgrading your plan rather simple and can be completed by yourself with no need to log a support ticket. In this guide, we will cover the steps to upgrade your plan.

Upgrading your package consists of 3 simple steps, which are:

  1. Sign in to your Dashboard and click the “My Plans” page.
  1. Choose your new plan and complete the payment via 2Checkout. Our system will automatically calculate the remaining credit on your current plan and deduct that from your first payment of the new plan. Your new monthly renewal date will be moved to today’s date.
  1. It can take up to 12 hours for 2Checkout to process the payment and notify our system, which is when your new domains will go live in your Dashboard.

This process does not affect your existing domains.
